To provide our services, we work with third-party providers including:

• AI model providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) to power your assistant's intelligence. Messages are processed through these providers' APIs subject to their respective privacy policies.
• Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your full credit card information.
• Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting your dedicated server instance.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. Third-party service providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to perform services for Chief Of.

Each customer's AI assistant runs on an isolated server instance. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Chief Of services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a user under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
